Shipping Policy

  • How long is the shipping?

Shipping will normally take 2-3 business days from the day the item is bought. We offer US Priority Mail. The actual shipping cost will be displayed at check out. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email containing the USPS tracking number. Please be mindful that it may take 24-48 hours for USPS to update your tracking information. Kindly make sure your address is entered correctly to avoid your package being lost or delivered to the wrong address. Seasonall Secrets is not responsible for items that state delivered but the customer has not yet received the item. If this occurs, we encourage you to please follow up with USPS.

  • Does SS offer international shipping?

Yes, Seasonal Secrets does offer international shipping but bare in mind that the customer is responsible for custom and duty charges once the item arrives at the customers' destination. Failure to pay customs and other international shipping fees will result in the package being returned to us which at this point you will be given store credit.

  • What if I enter my address incorrectly?

If you notice that you misspelled or entered your address incorrectly please use our contact page to notify us with the correct address and we will try to correct the error ASAP.

  • Does SS Provide return labels?

Unfortunately, Seasonall Secrets does not provide return labels, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

All orders are processed within 24 48 hours with the exception of Holidays and Weekends.

Any other countries $30.00 USPS priority mail may take 7-14 business days

Return Policy

If you would like to return an item that you purchased from us, please abide by our Return Policy below:

  • Returns

Seasonall Secrets does not offer refunds but we do permit returns in exchange for a different size or a different item that costs the same as the item you initially ordered. Our policy lasts 15 days. We allow customers 15 days to return the item. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you an exchange. Keep in mind the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, unworn and in the same condition that you received. It must also be in the original packaging.
We also do not accept back items that are intimate such as bodysuits, undergarments, and swimsuits.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a thoroughly completed return item form with the details that are required; which are the order number, customer's first and last name, address and reason for return. Only regular priced items may be returned, sale items cannot be returned at the moment.


  • Exchanges (If applicable)

We only replace items if they are damaged, at no cost to you the customer. Please take a photo to show exactly where the damage is and send the photo to our contact email Seasonallsecrets@gmail.com Upon receiving and examining the returned damaged item. We will replace and ship it back to you asap. You can send us an email or use our contact page and we will send you the details of how to send the item back for an exchange.

  • Shipping on Returns

 Please use our contact page or send us an email; seasonallsecrets@gmail.com.We will get back to you with details on how to return the item. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. Seasonall Secrets does not provide return labels. We recommend customers to use USPS flat rate shipping for returns because it is more cost effective and convenient. Keep your proof of postage and tracking number handy as we are not responsible for return packages that are not successfully delivered back to us and are either lost or stolen in transit.

  • Reserved Rights related to Returns 

Seasonall Secrets reserves the right to decline, limit or reject a returned item if it appears to be out of line with the return policy i.e it appears worn, used or washed. If items are not returned within the 15-day time frame or If an item does not meet the return policy we will send it back to the customer or a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
